Children Religious Education Program (CREP)
Registration for Children Religious Education Program (CREP) - Grades 1 through 12
CREP starts in November (dates to be announced).
Registration form below must be filled out by all new and returning students and submitted online.
A registration fee of $25 per child is required for the academic year 2022-2023.
All NEW STUDENTS must submit a current copy of their Baptismal Certificate with their registration.
Appropriate certificates and the $25 registration fee can be deposited in the collection basket, handed to the rectory, or mailed to:
